Unsolicited text message about mortgage modification

Claims to be a law firm all american law associates but they also went by another name just yesterday, when I call they just say hello, and say you owe a payday advance,and ask for your info, when you ask them questions they refuse to give any info about they company and hang up this is a scam, and everytime I call the person change their name.

Keeps calling almost daily and playing the same message (woman's voice) for months now: "This message is for Redolfo Equazada, if this message is not for you please erase, this is Chelsy...(See talks too fast and garbled just at that point when mentioning the name of thier company), this is a Collections Agency...22054341". Need to have an end to this crap! PUC, State's Attorney, etc. where are you?

I have received 3 of this calls however when you dial the number back. however just got another call about making money online, these solicitors call be 9:00 am which by law that can't call before that.

I get about 6 to 10 phone calls from this number. It's annoying because I am Deaf. I tried texting and get no results.

they took 30.00 from my acct and i have no idea what service they provide. they were to refund it and 11 days later no refund. It was something about membership service. I didnt sign up for.

I received several calls from these guys.. When I called back to find out what these guys wanted, I was told that I had an old credit card bill that I never paid. When I looked into it, it turns out that they were right (oops!). I was able to settle my account for half the amount owing.

I don't know what in the devil is going on here but I want it to stop immediately. I am looking at my online CHASE Bank Statement and see that you have been extracting money out (9/28/2009), a lot of it! For something I did not sign up for and I want the 3 transactions reversed immediately! Please contact me at either the e-mail address or phone number listed above A.S.A.P.! This is totally insane - what's going on here! And I want it stopped NOW!
